Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking a Principal Security Technology Strategist to drive security strategy across North America. You’ll partner with account teams and the Security BU to deepen DNA across customer security teams, guiding product development and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales or sales engineering experience.
• 10+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
• Ability to tailor technical presentations to varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Discuss security concerns and solutions with executives and practitioners.
• Provide security-focused guidance to sales teams.
• Assess Citrix security solutions for customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations on-site or remotely.
• Design multi-product proofs of concept and guide adoption.
• Overcome objections to advance sales and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for customer success.
• Stay updated on security strategies to inform customers and product requirements.
• Develop relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Contribute to broader team success with Citrix Platform security solutions.
• Align with strategic goals and operational plans for product adoption and renewals.
• Improve processes and systems; investigate root causes.
• Communicate with internal and external parties, including customers or vendors.
• Influence others to adopt new concepts and practices.
• Mentor others in area of expertise.
• Manage large, complex strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
