Responsibilities

• Improve throughput, turnaround, quality, and unit economics.
• Lead high-throughput DNA assembly, vector development, and viral engineering.
• Evaluate emerging tech and establish new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Biology, Discovery, Sequencing, and Bioinformatics teams.
• Mentor scientists and build scientific culture.
• Drive external collaborations and represent cloning capabilities.
• Communicate strategy and findings to senior leadership.
