Job summary

Loyal is a clinical-stage veterinary medicine company seeking a Principal Scientist, CMC Analytical to lead analytical development for oral solid dosage products. You will oversee method development, qualification, and regulatory submissions, partnering with CDMOs to ensure robust, phase-appropriate data packages.

You will mentor scientists, review complex data, and author analytical sections for NADA/INAD filings.

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or related field.
• Experience in small-molecule analytical development for APIs.
• Regulatory reporting and sponsorship support.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development and QC strategy for programs, directing method development and lifecycle management.
• Partner with CDMO labs as primary technical contact and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead API analytical method development, validation, and impurity profiling.
• Review complex analytical data and drive root-cause investigations for OOS/OOT.
