Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an experienced ERP Architect to own end‑to‑end SAP process architecture across sales, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance. You will standardize processes and drive cross‑functional alignment with senior leaders and delivery teams.
You will translate complex order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay flows into SAP designs, guide multi‑year roadmaps, and mentor analysts. This role contributes to a fast‑moving, cloud‑oriented ERP program within Amazon’s supply
Job ID: 10572362 | Amazon.com Services LLC
You start your morning reviewing open design decisions from yesterday's Business Process Design sessions, then join a cross‑functional working session where procurement, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders debate how a new process flow should work in SAP standard versus a custom extension. After aligning the group on a path forward, you sketch the updated process flow and share it with the delivery architects. In the afternoon you might mentor a junior functional analyst on a tricky order‑to‑cash scenario, review a system‑integrator proposal, or draft the next iteration of the multi‑year solution roadmap.
Our team designs and delivers Amazon's next generation of robotic systems. Our ERP program is a new initiative charged with building the SAP S/4HANA backbone that connects Amazon's supply chain end to end. The team is a small, collaborative group of functional architects, engineers, and business partners who value clarity over complexity and standard processes over custom code. We are in the early stages of the program, which means you will have a direct hand in shaping the platform, the processes, and the culture as we scale.
