Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Principal IT Analyst to lead SAP S/4HANA Logistics initiatives, with emphasis on Transportation Management and Warehouse Management. You will drive end-to-end delivery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment for global ISC S/4HANA programs with high autonomy.

The role reports to the Senior Director IT and is based in Charlotte, Atlanta, or Houston on a hybrid schedule, with an initial 90-day onsite requirement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with delivery responsibility in ICS/ISC Logistics
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA deployment experience including multiple full-lifecycle global implementations
• 7+ years of deep functional experience in Logistics execution (Transportation Management and/or Warehouse Management)
• Ability to analyze, design, and deliver complex SAP logistics solutions across enterprise landscapes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC processes and cross-functional integration

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Principal-level functional and solution expert for SAP S/4HANA logistics solutions with focus on TMS and WMS
• Lead complex logistics problem spaces end-to-end including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Partner with ISC stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend scalable enterprise solutions
• Define and govern logistics-related integration touchpoints across ISC domains
• Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA logistics solutions while protecting template integrity
• Contribute to testing strategy and execution (Unit, SIT, UAT)
• Provide hands-on support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care
• Mentor analysts and project team members (no direct people management)
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA logistics innovations and opportunities
