Job summary

Sky Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Principal Salesforce DevOps Engineer / DevOps Lead to design, establish, and implement a scalable DevOps architecture and CI/CD framework for a large-scale Salesforce Health Cloud platform. This role is highly hands-on and focuses on creating GitHub/GitLab-based pipelines and mature deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on DevOps leadership for Salesforce deployments.
• Proven experience building CI/CD from the ground up for Salesforce health cloud or similar.
• Experience with multi-org Salesforce environments and environment promotions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, Apex, Flows, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD architecture.
• Establish Git-based source control and repository structures for Salesforce teams.
• Build YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Develop reusable scripts and automation for deployments.
• Automate deployments across Dev, QA, SIT, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Lead transition to a Git-centric engineering model.
• Build tooling with SF CLI for validation, testing, and deployments.
• Define DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
