AT&T in Dallas is seeking an experienced Principal Sales Compensation professional to design, implement, and manage compensation plans for the sales organization. The role requires office presence 5 days per week at the posted location and no relocation assistance.
You will lead design and administration of incentive programs, manage implementation and communications, and perform benchmarking to drive revenue growth.

Design, implement, and manage sales compensation plans through focused project management, aligning with business objectives to motivate sales teams and drive revenue growth.
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
