  • Serve as the technical and analytical leader for the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, establishing quality standards and coaching and mentoring team members
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence priorities across business, systems, and data teams without formal authority
Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrate ability to translate complex data and business questions into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to solve business problems and improve decision-making
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building governed analytics products that support both BI and AI use cases
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, or similar technologies
  • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, or agentic workflows in a business environment
  • Knowledge of responsible-AI principles, model governance, data privacy, and security
  • Experience mentoring analysts and leading complex cross-functional analytical programs
