Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of postdoctoral or professional research experience for senior level.
• Ability to communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience securing grants or contracts with public or private entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine a research agenda on academic and workforce readiness science and the expansion of workforce pathways.
• Advance the science of readiness for education, work, and upward mobility in an AI-enabled world.
• Investigate how skills, credentials, and experiences predict attainment, employment, and earnings.
• Develop measurement approaches for portable, evidence-based signals of readiness.
• Build partnerships and manage external collaborations to support the research agenda.
