Job summary

Qualified candidates offer deep systems engineering expertise, MBSE experience (Cameo), and proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across NSE labs and partner agencies. Onsite with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; applicable experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent to start.
• Strong systems engineering lifecycle experience and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex systems engineering efforts across War Reserve programs while balancing innovation and urgency.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across Sandia, NSE labs and partner sites to address technical and programmatic challenges.
• Define, validate, and trace requirements to ensure seamless integration and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear technical communication and strategic execution plans to stakeholders.
