Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a technical field such as EE, materials science, physics, chemical engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in semiconductor integration, process engineering, or technology development.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and process integration.

Responsibilities

• Own integration ownership for one or more quantum platforms and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Lead execution planning for assigned quantum programs.
• Drive alignment between modality roadmaps and manufacturing capability.
• Develop integrated schedules, risk assessments, and readiness plans.
• Own readiness reviews for process flows, tool capability, materials qualification, metrology capability, and reliability plans.
• Ensure development lots are prepared for successful execution.
• Lead technical coordination meetings and drive issue resolution across organizations.
• Facilitate communication between Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8, and Fab9.
• Develop standard work for quantum development execution and capture transfer learning.

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.


• 5+ years semiconductor integration, process engineering, or technology development experience.


• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.


• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and process integration.

Expected Salary Range

$85,000.00 - $146,000.00
