Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain robust software testing frameworks and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables across platforms.
• Develop and document best practices, processes, and guidelines for software testing, including automation, performance, and security testing.
• Lead and mentor team members in adopting new testing tools, methodologies, and practices.
• Conduct hands-on testing activities, including test case automation, execution, and defect tracking for complex distributed applications and microservices.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and adoption of innovative testing approaches.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in software testing, sharing knowledge through presentations, meetings, and day-to-day interactions.
• Communicate technical concepts and test results effectively to stakeholders.
