Description AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking a ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) specializing in the professional sports and gaming vertical. You will engage directly with organizations such as the NBA, NFL, MLS, NHL, and sports gaming operators to design and deliver cloud solutions tailored to this industry.
As a PCA you operate as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams (SDT), ensuring solutions are realistic, achievable, and maximize customer business outcomes (CBOs). You serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the regulatory landscape.
This is not a role for a sports fan. It requires a professional who understands how leagues operate as businesses: media rights economics, collective bargaining agreements, salary cap structures, franchise revenue models, multi jurisdictional gaming regulations, and how technology underpins live broadcast, fan engagement, and wagering operations. That business fluency, combined with cloud architecture expertise, is what makes this role distinct.
Your success will be measured by SOW signings, successful solution delivery, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
