Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Principal Project Engineer to manage larger and complex projects in Waco, TX. This role involves overseeing planning and execution from ideation to closure, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 10 years in a technical position, particularly in the food or related industry. Responsibilities include developing projects exceeding $50M and collaborating with global technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable technical position in relevant industry.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% or more depending on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute projects of $50M+ to meet business objectives.
• Member of the Engineering Leadership team focusing on upskilling.
• Collaborate with global technical teams for technology platform development.
