Job summary

Oracle US seeks a Technical Program Manager for Networking Planning to drive regional growth and inter-region connectivity. You will document and present changes to executives, manage capacity and space/power needs, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

The role requires 3-5 years of networking infrastructure experience, strong leadership communication, and the ability to read out on regional strategy at the executive level.

OCI's Networking Planning organization is planning the growth of our existing and new regions. We are building a team of Technical Program Managers who possess an understanding of core network infrastructure, regional networking, inter-region networking, intra-region networking, and an understanding of how multiple network layers work together. These include east-west fabrics, compute fabrics, metro inter-building connectivity, internet connectivity and backbone between regions.

Responsibility will include keeping living documentation up to date on planning the future of assigned regions for continued growth, documenting and presenting changes based on growth, running necessary space and power within a region for network growth or changes, and reading out on this region at an executive level.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
