Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Principal Program Manager (IC4) to lead complex infrastructure delivery programs supporting OCI's global cloud expansion and AI infrastructure footprint.

You will partner with Network Engineering, AI Infrastructure, Datacenter Engineering, Optical Transport, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to coordinate dependencies and milestones across region builds and AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure strategies into executable delivery plans.
• Drive end-to-end execution across cloud region builds and AI infrastructure deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with engineering and operations teams.
• Anticipate risks and resolve blockers to meet performance, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to align programs with OCI growth goals.
