Job summary

Oracle’s OCI Strategic Customer Engineering seeks an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. As a Principal Program Manager, you will lead programs that span multiple OCI organizations, helping teams prioritize, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve operational excellence, customer success, and strategic business objectives. The work is highly visible, fast-paced, and requires balancing technical complexity with operational and business complexity with organizational alignment.

Basic Qualifications
  • BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Software Engineering, Product Management, or related technical leadership roles
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering organizations

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
