The Infrastructure Platform is the team enabling the firm’s ambitious growth agenda. We are looking for a candidate who can connect strategy to execution and help build a planning and governance system that translates platform priorities into operational action.
Build and maintain the planning architecture that links the Infrastructure strategic plan to how functions set priorities, make decisions, and track progress. Own the annual and quarterly planning cycle end‑to‑end, run the operating cadence for the leadership team, and ensure that functional leaders submit plans that are correctly sequenced, outcome‑focused, and aligned with the platform strategy before they go to the COO.
Apply a systems‑level approach to evolve the Infrastructure Platform operating model. Diagnose design gaps, recommend improvements, and partner with leadership to implement changes in a sequenced, practical manner.
Own the design and operation of the Infrastructure strategy scorecard, define metrics, build data collection mechanisms, and produce executive‑level reporting that clearly illustrates progress, stalls, and reasons.
Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks and issues across the platform’s strategic initiatives. Manage dependencies, recommend blocker resolution, and provide leaders with timely information and options.
Design and maintain a governance model that makes accountability clear, build the communication infrastructure, and facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder sessions. Present clearly to senior leaders and executive forums.
