About the Role

The Infrastructure Platform is the team enabling the firm’s ambitious growth agenda. We are looking for a candidate who can connect strategy to execution and help build a planning and governance system that translates platform priorities into operational action.

Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning Infrastructure

Build and maintain the planning architecture that links the Infrastructure strategic plan to how functions set priorities, make decisions, and track progress. Own the annual and quarterly planning cycle end‑to‑end, run the operating cadence for the leadership team, and ensure that functional leaders submit plans that are correctly sequenced, outcome‑focused, and aligned with the platform strategy before they go to the COO.

Operating Model Design

Apply a systems‑level approach to evolve the Infrastructure Platform operating model. Diagnose design gaps, recommend improvements, and partner with leadership to implement changes in a sequenced, practical manner.

Scorecard and Reporting

Own the design and operation of the Infrastructure strategy scorecard, define metrics, build data collection mechanisms, and produce executive‑level reporting that clearly illustrates progress, stalls, and reasons.

Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks and issues across the platform’s strategic initiatives. Manage dependencies, recommend blocker resolution, and provide leaders with timely information and options.

Example Projects
  • Product Model Integration – Define how the product operating model interacts with broader prioritization and execution across the platform, ensuring clear governance and alignment.
  • AI Enablement Across the Platform – Coordinate AI adoption, track progress, identify high‑impact use cases, and align tools, training, and governance to accelerate adoption.
Stakeholder Communication and Governance

Design and maintain a governance model that makes accountability clear, build the communication infrastructure, and facilitate cross‑functional stakeholder sessions. Present clearly to senior leaders and executive forums.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional experience, including consulting‑style environments and large, complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and move them toward clear recommendations and action.
  • Experience with governance design, planning cycles, or operating frameworks—preferably at project level in consulting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Credibility and presence to engage directly with senior leaders and constructively challenge when needed.
  • Experience tracking and communicating program‑level risks, issues, and dependencies across cross‑functional groups.
  • Analytical comfort with data and ability to own a scorecard and produce analysis that withstands scrutiny.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—turning complex operational situations into clear narratives for senior leaders.
  • Exposure to product operating models or agile delivery environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI adoption or enablement work in an enterprise context is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
