Principal Program Control Analyst (level 3) – located onsite daily in Roy, UT.
This Program Control Analyst will interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Candidates will possess expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance measurement baseline concepts, applying them to multiple contracts and control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Earned Value Management tasks include establishing the work breakdown structure, maintaining performance criteria, justifying estimates, supporting internal and external reporting, budgeting, cost risk analysis, preparing government cost performance reports, and analyzing performance measurement variance.
Additional duties may include supporting the development of budget baselines, maintaining cost/schedule integration, preparing budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC; performing financial performance analyses; supporting variance analysis reports; facilitating program monthly rhythm; supporting EVM system updates using Deltek Cobra, SAP/S4, wInsight, Tableau/PowerBI, and using MS Excel / Project / PowerPoint.
Applicable Earned Value Management experience must be listed on your resume in order to be considered for the level 3 role.
Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The range is a general guideline. Compensation may be affected by scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
Eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and potentially long‑term incentives for VP or Director positions. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, paid time off, 9/80 schedule, and 401(k) matching.
