Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned financial analyst to support the AIM-9X Development & Integration programs in Tucson, AZ. The role involves regular EACs, monthly EV cadence, and preparing data packages for program status reviews.

You will collaborate with CAMs, IPT leads, and government customers, applying strong data analysis and communication skills while using SAP APEX, PRISM and BW in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced data analysis experience and mathematical skills.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The AIM‑9X Development & Integration portfolio within the Naval Air Missiles Business Unit has an opportunity for a seasoned financial analyst to support a suite of development and integration programs within the AIM‑9X Finance team. These efforts are part of a broader strategic portfolio dedicated to advancing AIM‑9X capabilities, integrating new technologies, and supporting the evolving needs of the warfighter. This is a high‑visibility role, as programs within the AIM‑9X portfolio are regularly reviewed by business unit leadership. The financial analyst position offers a strong growth opportunity to work on cutting‑edge missile technologies while supporting a flagship capability that continues Raytheon’s legacy as the premier provider of solutions to the warfighter. The ideal individual for this job will be a strong communicator with an acute desire to learn new concepts, tools, and management processes. This position provides the opportunity to develop and enhance skills with SAP APEX, PRISM, and additional systems within Raytheon’s earned value management tool suite. The role requires regular face‑to‑face interaction with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, program and finance leadership, and the government customer. This position is an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
