About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - Tech to join us in Seattle and be part of a transformation from disconnected talent tools into a unified, AI-native talent management platform.
You will define the product experience for Talent Evaluation at Amazon, through connecting multiple product domains, coordinating across engineering teams and multiple VP-level organizations, and owning the end-to-end customer experience for corporate Amazonians navigating their growth and development at Amazon.
This role goes beyond product execution - you will influence and advise Directors and VPs on product tradeoffs, invent new approaches to long-standing problems, and build the cross-organizational partnerships required to deliver a platform that serves Amazon's entire corporate population.
The Integrated Talent Development Systems (ITDS) team, part of Amazon Talent Solutions (ATS), builds the systems Amazon uses to make its most consequential people decisions - evaluations, promotions, role transitions, and performance management for hundreds of thousands of corporate employees worldwide.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
