ICEYE US seeks a Principal Product Manager, Space Systems in Irvine, CA to lead a new payload product line. You will work across product management, engineering, sales and delivery teams to translate customer needs into a strategic roadmap.

We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross‑functional teams in establishing a new range of capabilities and market‑facing products that meet customer needs and grow market share for ICEYE US. This role involves significant collaboration with ICEYE US product management, engineering, sales and customer delivery teams through all aspects of the product development and delivery lifecycle.
Through that collaboration, this role is responsible for establishing and delivering a world‑class payload product capable of integration with a variety of platforms. This role is highly focused on providing value to both domestic and international government agencies. Active customer interaction and advocacy, including significant interactions with partners, will be needed to understand and codify requirements, help manage relationships with representatives within the customer’s organization, drive product improvements and competitive advantage for ICEYE US. The Product Manager will play the lead role in quantifying customer value to the product development organization, informing our overall strategy and product roadmap. This person should be a highly technical leader with a proven ability to establish product strategy for the full product lifecycle.
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other digital devices is required. Some travel may be necessary – the employee must be able to travel by car, plane, train, bus, vessel, or metro, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s License and/or effectively navigate public transportation. Must read and respond to inter‑office communications, participate in meetings, use hands or fingers, lift up to 50 lbs., pull, push, carry, handle, or feel. The employee is required to carry, handle items, reach with arms and hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear.
