Job summary

Collectors is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the payments platform across our Grading and Marketplace businesses, including Liquidity offerings and Power Packs.

You will own the payments roadmap, build wallet features across products, manage cross-border payments, and collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, efficient operations at scale. This role offers a fast-paced, data-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with deep payments or consumer fintech experience.
• Fluent in the payments stack, card networks and PSP integrations.
• Experience with cross-border payments and regulatory/tax reporting with Legal/Compliance partners.
• Experience with a marketplace where pricing and payments pull on same levers.
• Rigorous and decisive under ambiguity; data-driven with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments strategy and roadmap for the platform across Grading and Marketplace.
• Build a wallet across products and platforms, including balance, top-up, withdrawal, and split-pay.
• Deliver international payments capabilities with currency and local method support.
• Oversee end-to-end money-in and money-out processes, settlements, and reconciliation.
