Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. seeks a Senior or Principal Product Manager for Partner and Ecosystem to lead the Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud roadmap, shaping how partners engage, sell, and succeed with F5.

You will modernize the PRM ecosystem by infusing AI, automation, and analytics across onboarding, enablement, deal registration, MDF, incentives, and renewals, with a data-driven, cross-functional approach.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management, with partner or channel focus in enterprise or SaaS.
Deep Salesforce PRM, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud expertise.
Experience defining data-driven tiering and incentive programs.
Strong Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud roadmap.
Deliver a unified partner journey across onboarding, enablement, deal registration, MDF, incentives, and support.
Optimize partner quoting, deal protection, tier management, MDF approvals, and co-marketing.
Design automated tiering and incentive models using CRM, CPQ, finance data.
Integrate AI for deal scoring, enablement, and MDF optimization; track KPIs and ROI.
Lead Agile execution and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
