Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Financial Planning (SAP Analytics Cloud) to lead strategy, roadmap, and the migration from BPC to SAC-P, delivering a modern, integrated planning platform for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Corporate Finance, HR Finance, and business leaders, drive adoption and change management, and lead global Agile teams to deliver planning enhancements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A technology, EPM product management, or financial planning transformation.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and performance management processes.
• Experience supporting or leading workstreams within large-scale global finance transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior business stakeholders and drive adoption of new planning capabilities across global teams.
• Reports to the Senior Director, Global Finance Technology.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Financial Planning domain.
• Lead migration from legacy BPC planning to SAC-P and future planning tech.
