About GreyOrange

GreyOrange is a global leader in AI-driven robotic automation software and hardware, transforming distribution and fulfillment centers worldwide. Our solutions increase productivity, empower growth and scale, mitigate labor challenges, reduce risk and time to market, and create better experiences for customers and employees. Founded in 2012, GreyOrange is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices and partners across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. For more information, visit www.greyorange.co m.

Our Solutions

The GreyMatter Multiagent Orchestration (MAO) platform provides vendor-agnostic fulfillment orchestration to continuously optimize performance in real time: the right order, with the right bot and agent, taking the right path and action. Currently operating more than 70 fulfillment sites across the globe (with deployments of 700+ robots at a single site), GreyMatter enables customers to decrease their fulfillment Cost Per Unit by 50%, reduce worker onboarding time by 90%, and optimize peak season performance. In retail stores, our gStore end-to-end store execution and retail management solution supports omnichannel fulfillment, real-time replenishment, intelligent workforce tasking, and more. Using real-time overhead RFID technology, the platform increases inventory accuracy up to 99%, doubles staff productivity, and enables an engaging, seamless in-store experience.

About the Role

GreyOrange builds software and robotics that power modern warehouses. As Director of Product Management for GreyMatter Command Center (GCC) and Customer Experience, you will own how customers experience our systems every day, across the GreyMatter Command Center, Manager Dashboard, and the Operator interfaces for Pick, Put, Audit, and other applications.

You will lead a team of product managers, each owning an individual application across the GreyOrange portfolio. You will set the vision, roadmap, and quality bar for a consistent, high-performing experience for warehouse managers, supervisors, and floor operators.

What You Will Do
  • Own the customer experience strategy. Define and drive a strategic roadmap for GCC, the Manager Dashboard, and all operator-facing applications.
  • Lead and grow a team of product managers. Set direction, coach, and hold the team accountable for outcomes across applications and systems.
  • Stay close to the warehouse floor. Visit customer sites regularly to gather feedback, observe operators at work, and understand how our systems perform alongside WMS, WES, and other automation in the warehouse.
  • Measure what matters. Define and track customer experience metrics (such as usability, task efficiency, adoption, and satisfaction) and use them to prioritize and course-correct.
  • Benchmark against the market. Evaluate our experience against leading WMS platforms and other robot control systems (RCS), and translate the gaps and opportunities into roadmap decisions.
  • Champion analytics as a core capability. Shape how operational data, dashboards, and insights are delivered through GCC so customers can act on them in real time.
  • Partner across the organization. Work with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, and Operations to deliver quickly in an agile environment.
What You Bring

Experience

  • Significant experience in product management, including leading and developing PM teams.
  • Prior experience in the warehousing space; experience with leading WMS platforms such as Manhattan or Blue Yonder is highly desirable.
  • Experience in warehouse automation (robotics, AS/RS, goods-to-person, sortation, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Background in analytics products, with hands-on familiarity with data tools such as Grafana, Databricks, or Snowflake as a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of working across teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with frequent customer and warehouse site visits.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a top-tier institution.
  • MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
Skills and Attributes
  • Deep empathy for warehouse users, from floor operators to operations leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior customer and internal leaders.
  • Ability to set a clear product vision and align multiple teams around it.
Why Join Us

You will shape the experience of systems that run some of the world's most demanding warehouses, with direct influence on product direction and a team of talented product managers to lead.
