Company Alaska Airlines
Guided by our purpose, core values, and leadership principles, we are creating an airline people love. Our corporate teams set the strategies and operational plans to ensure the success of our company. Whether we use our expertise in accounting, human resources, finance, planning, legal, marketing, or any of our operational divisions, our shared passion for travel and our guests is what motivates us to achieve excellence each day. If you share our passion for creating an airline people love, we want to hear from you.
The Principal Product Manager is a lead subject matter expert responsible for crafting the vision and backlog(s) for an assigned product area. As an individual contributor, this role presents options for the long-term strategy for a product portfolio to key stakeholders and exercises considerable latitude and initiative to solve complex problems. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to design, implement, test, and refine functionality for digital experiences. The Principal Product Manager also acts as a mentor to teammates and provides thought leadership for Alaska Air Group (AAG).
This product role will focus on shaping how Alaska Airlines shows up in an increasingly agent-driven world. You’ll define the strategy for how AI agents discover, understand, and interact with Alaska across the guest journey, while owning the business outcomes of this emerging channel. You’ll focus on understanding demand, optimizing commercial performance, and experimenting with new ways to drive value, ultimately enabling secure, seamless experiences where an agent can help a guest go from searching for a flight to completing transactions or managing their trip. You’ll build on early AI work already underway, partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to determine what we build next and how we scale Agentic Commerce.
Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be caring and kind, and deliver performance.
