Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Manager for its Automotive Product Management team to lead the design and execution of agentic workflows powering autonomous vehicle development. You will define and drive AI-powered workflows, orchestrating agents, skills, and tools while aligning with cross-functional teams to accelerate AV software development.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of product management experience spanning software and hardware.
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered developer tools, platforms, or workflow automation products.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle development pipelines or ADAS is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with on-device or edge computing for automotive AI deployments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align large orgs and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, architecture, and roadmap for agentic workflows for AV development.
• Partner with engineering to design end-to-end agentic workflows including agents, skills, tools, and orchestration logic.
• Own packaging and productization of agents, skills, and workflows for developers to integrate into AV pipelines.
• Synthesize requirements from AV engineering teams, customers, regulations, and benchmarks to prioritize capabilities.
• Drive execution across SW/HW/Safety/Operations/Integration through architecture reviews and sprint planning.
• Define use cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, ensuring safety and quality align with goals.
• Negotiate roadmaps with internal teams and external customers.
