The role focuses on delivering clarity to complex problems, guiding product decisions, and building user-friendly experiences across the organization. You will help Figure build products that manage increasing complexity without becoming unwieldy, while raising the standard for product thinking and execution.

It is measured by your ability to bring clarity to difficult problems, improve the decisions a team makes, and create products that make sophisticated financial capabilities understandable and usable.You will help Figure build products that can support increasing complexity without feeling increasingly complicated, while raising the standard for product thinking and execution across the organization.

Salary

• Base Compensation Range: $158,400 - $237,600/yr
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
• Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
