Job summary

  • Pathfind AI-focused architectures using LPDDR and DDR DRAM technologies.
  • Define and explore DRAM features that increase value in AI and high‑performance systems.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product engineering or product architecture.
  • Familiarity with DRAM architectures, including LPDDR and/or DDR technologies.
  • Understanding of memory hierarchy, memory controllers, and PHY fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with memory subsystems in high-performance or AI/ML computing platforms.
  • Exposure to JEDEC or memory specification development processes.
  • Experience influencing system-level design decisions with customers or ecosystem partners.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership or mentoring experience.
Compensation

US base salary range: $135,000 – $286,000 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
