Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Principal Pricing Analyst to join the Pricing and Estimating Organization. This full-time role on a 9/80 schedule focuses on labor estimation for proposals and compliance with FAR and customer requirements.

The candidate will prepare labor estimates, coordinate data from internal teams, and support proposal reviews and government audits. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related finance experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of related finance experience.
• Proposal/Pricing experience required.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Labor Estimates for proposal submittals by understanding customer requirements and collaborating with Operations Program Management.
• Develop labor estimates while ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR requirements.
• Coordinate data collection and CER-based estimates; support proposal reviews and audits.
• Interact with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Principal Pricing Analyst

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Pricing Analyst based in Woodland Hills, California supporting the Pricing and Estimating Organization. This position will require you to work full time in the office and offers a 9/80 schedule.

What You Will Get To Do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare Labor Estimates for proposal submittals by:

• Understanding customer requirements through RFPs and other requests
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations Program Management to develop labor estimates
• Ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR Regulatory Requirements
• Ensure schedule adherence
• Support proposal reviews with detailed Cost Estimating Relationship (CERs) Estimates including accompanying supporting data
• Coordinate the collection and accumulation of hours, scheduling, and performance elements from internal customers
• Research and analyze historical data
• Interact with other functional areas to troubleshoot issues in support of proposal requirements and deadlines
• Support customer / government audit engagements

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and a minimum 5 years of related finance experience or a Masters degree and a minimum of 3 years of related finance experience
• Proposal/Pricing experience
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with government proposals
• A Current/Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range:

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
