Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across the organization, unifying efforts in healthcare services to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, collaborate with engineering, design and analytics, and shape product journeys from ideation to sunset with a customer-centric, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure product performance and inform decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans.
