This hands-on role focuses on building the architecture of end-to-end systems with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalable design. You will bridge functional correctness with non-functional requirements, influence design decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust services.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot services.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience designing performance/load tests.
• Excellent debugging and profiling skills.
• Ability to read, write, and improve production-quality code.
• Experience with performance testing tools (k6, Gatling, JMeter).
• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Frontend experience with Angular and/or React.
• Understanding CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications (containers, microservices).
• Knowledge of observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Developer-first mindset with performance focus.
• Bridge gap between functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborative engineer influencing design decisions.
