Donaldson Company is seeking a Principal OT Security Engineer to define enterprise OT cybersecurity strategy and lead security initiatives across global manufacturing and labs. The role requires a hybrid work schedule and is based in Bloomington, MN.

You will drive architecture, risk management, and regulatory alignment (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001) while partnering with leadership to balance uptime and security. Eligibility for travel up to 20% and a competitive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Significant OT/ICS cybersecurity experience required.
• Deep expertise in industrial cybersecurity architecture and risk management.
• Experience with OT security tools and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise OT security architecture and standards.
• Lead large-scale OT security initiatives across operations.
• Align OT security with IEC 62443, NIST, and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and leadership on uptime.
• Lead remediation of high-impact security risks.
• Represent OT security in audits and executive discussions.
• Influence long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Travel up to 20%.
