Skillset:

· BS/MS in Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field

· 8+ years in optical system/product design and testing

· Expertise in geometric optics, LED illuminators, micro-displays, lenses, coatings, and holography

· Proficiency with tools like Zemax, Code V, and optical metrology

· Strong lab management, system validation, and documentation skills

· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality control

· Ability to lead or mentor technical teams; travel up to 25%
