You will lead a world-class engineering and research team, shape product directions, and mentor stakeholders while delivering measurable impact at scale from Menlo Park and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of programming experience or 8+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading large cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Ability to explain complex technical problems with data-driven feedback.
• Experience mentoring executive stakeholders across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive team's goals and technical direction for ML initiatives.
• Communicate complex features to stakeholders clearly.
• Shape industry-wide tech trend assessments and tech roadmaps.
• Partner with leaders to improve team and organizational performance.
• Lead long-term technical vision for large cross-company efforts.
• Identify opportunities and staff/priority ideas with others.
• Address performance, scalability, and reduce technical debt.
