Job summary

Cambridge Mobile Telematics in Cambridge, MA seeks a Principal Technical Product Manager I, Machine Learning to shape a data-centric roadmap for the DriveWell Fusion Platform. You will own product strategy, drive AI/ML initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and customers to deliver high-impact features focused on safety and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or quantitative field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Data Science, Analytics or related field.
• Proven track record in big data analytics within mobility/telematics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in data consulting or advisory roles with customers.
• Knowledge of distributed compute and data pipelines for large models.
• Project management skills to keep initiatives on track.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage development and execution of product roadmaps within DriveWell Fusion Platform.
• Focus on telematics data cleansing, filtering, and signal processing features.
• Design and implement AI/ML models to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate map data for enhanced location-based services.
• Engage with customers, GTM teams, and engineering to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and create a vision for data-driven solutions.
• Guide development and delivery of high-impact features with engineering and design.
• Use tools like Databricks and Tableau to derive product insights and opportunities.
• Maintain a customer-centric, data-driven approach to improve UX and adoption.
• Position yourself as trusted advisor on telematics solutions for customers.
• Address challenges and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Complete additional tasks as they arise.
