The engineer will define the technical roadmap, leverage Multi-Armed Bandits, and develop models for visual personalization across streaming platforms. Candidates need 6-8 years of experience in machine learning, proficiency in Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow, and leadership in a technical environment. Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied science.
Expertise with Multi‑Armed Bandits, Contextual Bandits, or UCB algorithms.
Track record designing high‑velocity A/B testing or online learning systems.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and big-data processing (Spark/Databricks).
Leadership experience of a technical pod translating product/design needs into engineering requirements.
Responsibilities
Define the technical roadmap for visual personalization.
Architect and deploy MAB systems for dynamic asset selection.
Develop models for carousel design personalization.
Use NLP and LLMs to optimize carousel titles and descriptions.
Design always‑on pipelines based on reward signals.
Partner with Content Engineering for performance explanations.
