The ideal candidate combines ownership, executive communication, and a track record of measurable results, partnering with engineering, product, security, and business leaders to implement data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in machine learning, data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong statistical, technical, and experimental judgment.
• Experience taking data or model work from discovery into production use.
• Ability to tie technical work to revenue, risk, or operating outcomes.
• Clear communication with executives, engineers, and nontechnical partners.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate machine learning systems that deliver measurable business value.
• Set the technical direction for data, ML, or applied AI initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into measurable models and production systems.
• Establish standards for data quality, evaluation, privacy, and responsible model use.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, and business leaders on implementation.
• Communicate tradeoffs, limitations, and results clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop team capability through hiring, mentoring, and repeatable operating practices.
