Unity Technologies SF is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to help advance Unity Vector Ads Modeling, building better ads recommendation algorithms that power personalized ad experiences. This onsite role in Mountain View, CA combines research depth with engineering impact, supported by a benefits package designed for long-term wellbeing and growth. The salary range for this position is $222,600 to $325,400 per year (Zone A/B/C depending on location and qualifications).

In this role, you’ll shape the modeling roadmap around customer needs and move promising approaches from foundational research into production with close collaboration across engineering and product. You’ll use rich user data and large-scale compute to validate models quickly, while helping ensure that the work connects to measurable outcomes.
