You will collaborate across product, research, and engineering to ensure quality learning experiences and outcomes. The role requires a master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields (or commensurate experience) and 7+ years in instructional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Expert in instructional design principles and learning science.
• Lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coach multiple teams.
• Experience presenting at external councils and convenings.
• Strategic thinker and strong communicator.
• Data-driven with focus on learning outcomes.
• Familiar with digital learning platforms and tools.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of high-impact, research-aligned instructional content and experiences.
• Serve as subject matter expert and mentor teams; drive innovation in digital learning.
• Collaborate across product, research, and engineering to ensure quality and impact of learning solutions.
• Maintain SME status; share expertise and guide best practices across teams.
• Engage external advisory committees and industry/academic practitioners to establish credibility.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback.
• Lead change initiatives in digital learning experiences.
