Northwell Health seeks a senior Labor Relations leader to oversee guidance on labor relations aligned with system goals. You will develop and administer Labor Relations policies and programs across the Health System.
Responsibilities include leading collective bargaining strategy, negotiating agreements, and advising executives on union relations and risk management, with emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Oversees the provision of counsel and guidance on labor relations issues relevant organizational goals and objectives. Leads and supports efforts to develop, integrate and administer Labor Relations policies, services and programs of the Health System.
