Bestinfo Systems LLC is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Software Engineer with deep Java, Spring Boot, Python and AI tooling experience. You will lead enterprise-grade development and implement REST APIs, microservices, and AI-assisted development within a hybrid, onsite-centric environment.

The role requires 7–10 years of hands-on experience, strong SQL, and collaboration in Agile teams. Atlanta, GA or St. Louis, MO are preferred locations with four days onsite per week.

Formación

• 7–10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, integrations, or backend development.
• Exposure to Spec Driven Development.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Build and enhance backend services using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop Python-based automation, integration, and backend components.
• Work with SQL databases and relational data architectures.
• Follow structured software development practices, including Spec Driven Development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Maintain code quality, version control, and technical documentation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support reliable application delivery.
