Located in Omaha, Kansas City or Dallas, this full-time position requires a strong track record and an active professional credential in interior design or architecture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
  • Active Interior Design certificate or licensed Architect where you live.
  • Minimum 15 years in a design firm environment.
  • Ability to lead project teams and present to clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Extensive knowledge of local and regional markets.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Commitment to employee‑owned culture.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Interiors and Office Leadership to support goals.
  • Lead design, technical and management objectives across projects.
  • Promote design excellence and HDR brand.
  • Provide mentorship and develop team members.
