Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Integration and AI Developer – Shockwave Medical in Santa Clara, CA. You will architect, build, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across O2C, SCM, and OCI to enable secure, scalable enterprise integrations.

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Principal Integration and AI Developer – Shockwave Medical to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA. Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview

The Principal Integration and AI Developer is responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). As a hands‑on technical expert, you will drive the development of scalable business solutions, enterprise integrations, EDI/B2B connectivity, and Oracle Cloud enhancement. You will partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, engineers, and external vendors to deliver secure, reliable solutions supporting global operations, manufacturing, distribution, and customer fulfillment in a regulated MedTech environment.

Essential Job Functions

Define and evole technical architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions supporting O2C, SCM, Inventory, Procurement, and Fulfillment processes. Lead the design and development of Oracle Fusion extensions using VBCS, APEX, Groovy, and Oracle Platform technologies. Architect, develop, and govern integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, EDI providers, 3PL partners, and other enterprise applications. Establish reusable integration partners, technical standards, and engineering practices that improve scalability, reliability, security, maintainability and supportability. Provide technical leadership for EDI/B2B transactions and onboarding of logistics, distribution, and manufacturing partners. Lead technical assessments for Oracle quarterly releases, including, impact analysis, risk mitigation, testing strategy, and production-readiness planning activities. Create and review solution architectures, detailed technical designs, implementation standards, and operational documentation. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders, functional analysts, architects, engineering teams, and external vendors. Lead the resolution of complex production issues, root‑cause analysis, application performance optimization, and continuous improvement across Oracle environments. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, change management, documentation, validation, and governance requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of progressive experience in Oracle application development, integration, or solution architecture, including significant hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud. 3+ years of experience serving as a technical lead, solution architect, or comparable senior developer or technical lead role. Advanced expertise with Oracle Order Management (OM), Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Strong development experience with VBCS, APEX, Groovy, BPM workflows, process automation, and related Oracle platform technologies. Deep experience designing EDI/B2B integrations and connecting Oracle Fusion with Salesforce and external partners. Strong understanding of Oracle environment management, deployments, and release processes. Experience documenting technical solutions and supporting full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities. Proven success delivering complex Oracle Cloud implementations, migrations, or large‑scale enhancement projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud certifications in OCI, OIC, SCM, Inventory, Order Management, or related technologies. Experience medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing or another regulated industry.. Working knowledge of SOX controls, computerize system validation, change management, and audit requirements. Experience leading or supporting global Oracle Fusion deployments across multiple business units, regions, or legal entities. Experience with Dell Boomi or another enterprise integration platform.

Additional Information

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
