Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and guide teachers through reform.
• Observe, evaluate, and supervise personnel in the building.

• Develop and implement a well-balanced curriculum and standards.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and facilities operations.
• Coordinate IEP and special education programs as LEA.
• Communicate with parents via email, calls, and meetings.
