Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering and a minimum of 15 years of related experience.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $180,000 - $200,000. This role is integral in developing and mentoring staff, while also managing project teams and providing expert engineering input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PE License in one or more states including state of residency.
• Established track record in geotechnical design based on project experience.
• Experience working with government and local agencies, and energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Leading and managing staff engineers and supporting their career development.
• Providing technical and commercial input into project proposals.
• Developing relationships with other discipline leads for collaboration.
• Assessment of subsurface conditions and development of design criteria.
