Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking a senior geotechnical engineer in Maryland to lead diverse projects for public and private clients. You will work with geotechnical and materials testing teams and contribute to reports, calculations, and on-site inspections.

Candidate will work with our geotechnical and materials testing/inspections departments and be responsible for a wide variety of projects for public and private sector clients. Duties may include but are not limited to general geotechnical engineering practice including the preparation of geotechnical reports/calculation, technical support of field staff, review of construction inspection daily field reports, and occasional project site field visits related to the projects you are involved in. This position is currently listed as non-managerial but depending on the qualifications of the applicant could be re-categorised as a Managing Principal.
