Job summary

MSR Portfolio Services is seeking a Principal, General Servicing to embed in the product organization. The role focuses on defining and improving shared servicing capabilities across borrower communications, vendor integrations, and cross-domain workflows.

You will translate domain expertise into scalable product requirements, work closely with Engineering, and ensure compliance, auditability, and end-to-end workflow validity across the servicing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mortgage servicing operations, servicing systems, or related domains.
• Deep expertise in borrower communications, vendor management, and servicing workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory considerations related to borrower communications and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern shared servicing capabilities for borrower communications, vendor integrations, and cross-domain workflows.
• Translate domain expertise into product requirements, business rules, and system logic.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine requirements, clarify logic, and support implementation.
• Establish controls, auditability, and SLA tracking across servicing domains.
