Atlassian is seeking a Principal Fullstack Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of large-scale product features across teams. You will influence product strategy, guide technical direction, and ensure robust, secure code that serves customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing/building enterprise-grade solutions using microservices.
• Background in Java, Kotlin, Observability tools, and service operations.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS offerings.
• Experience building distributed systems for a SaaS product.
• Passion and experience with recognizing, raising, and reconciling gaps and redundant efforts across organizations.
• Success with cross-company collaboration.
• Experience influencing and performance coaching engineers.

In this role, you will:

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $209,700 - $273,775

Zone B: $188,730 - $246,398

Zone C: $174,051 - $227,233

In Canada, for this role, our current base pay range for new hires is:

Canada: CA$172,800 - CA$225,600

Your background:
